FAQ
Do you require a booking fee or deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding date in my diary, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely! I am fully insured with public liability insurance, professional indemnity and commercial drone insurance for complete peace of mind.
What happens if you are unwell on the wedding day?
In the very unlikely event that I am unable to photograph your wedding due to illness or emergency, all monies paid will be fully refunded. I would also do my best to help by contacting other photographers with a similar style and approach, allowing you to rebook with someone whose work you love.
How will we receive our wedding photos?
Your wedding photos will be delivered through a private and secure online gallery within 8 weeks of your wedding date. During particularly busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer but this would always be communicated in advance.
Can we request specific family/group photos?
Of course! During our pre-wedding consultation, we would discuss any important family/group photos or special moments you would like captured to make sure nothing is missed on your wedding day.
Are travel costs included in your pricing?
Travel within 1.5 hours of Glasgow is included in my wedding photography pricing. If your wedding requires additional travel or overnight accommodation, this would always be discussed with you in advance.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, I offer drone photography where permitted by CAA regulations, venue restrictions and weather conditions. I am registered with the CAA and fully insured for commercial drone photography.
What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
This is something I hear all the time! My approach is very relaxed and natural, with gentle direction only when needed, so you can focus on enjoying your day.
